An evening of music inspired by the night.
The programme begins with the father of the nocturne, John Field, before exploring others by Scriabin, Debussy, C. Schumann, F. Mendelssohn, and, of course, Chopin. Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata" concludes what promises to be a popular programme.
