This year, in addition to the exhibition, Sarnia Arts and Crafts Club have organised a programme of artist demonstrations and workshops!
Wet felting is the process of using a combination of friction/agitation, soap and water to make felt out of wool fibres. The hot water and soap changes the pH of the wool allowing the fibres to open up. In this workshop you will learn the basic skills of wet felting and make your own felted purse to take home with you. All materials provided. Please arrive promptly.
Visit Karen's YouTube Channel where there are lots of videos on felting
