Danielle Knowelden is a visual artist, based in Guernsey, Channel Islands.
She completed an Art Foundation Diploma at Wimbledon College of Arts and a Graphic Design & Advertising Degree, specialising in illustration at Buckinghamshire New University.
On returning, Danielle pursued a career within marketing and advertising roles in Jersey and Guernsey. Whilst continuing to create her own illustration works alongside.
She creates art that expresses strength and is a visual reminder of resilience and spirt. Danielle has a strong connection with nature and believes that art is a powerful tool for healing and growth.
Danielle has utilised a range of mediums to create art over the years, including digital illustration. Currently she is working with watercolour and acrylic paints on canvas, often using natural element (such as leaves, flowers or feathers) to add texture, depth and intricate patterns to her art.
