Michael Symmons Roberts’ books of poetry have won the Forward Prize, the Costa Poetry Award and the Whitbread Prize. His eighth poetry collection, Ransom, was published in 2021 and shortlisted for the TS Eliot Prize. He is Professor of Poetry at Manchester Metropolitan University, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature and a Trustee of the Royal Literary Fund. Join Michael for a workshop and discussion on the making of poems.
