The Friends of Guernsey Music Centre present an evening of jazz and popular classics performed by the Music Centre Training Jazz Orchestra directed by Katie Gough and the Music Centre Youth Jazz Orchestra directed by James Hatton.
The Training Jazz Orchestra will start the evening and will be performing popular classics including Born to be Wild by Steppenwolf, Ricky Martin’s Livin la Vida Loca and Lou Bega’s Mambo No.5
The Youth Jazz Orchestra will follow with music ranging from the theme to The Incredibles to Cute by Neal Hefti.
The evening will also feature performances by The Wright Notes choir and also the Music Centre string quartet, the ‘Fourák Quartet’.
