The Experience

Change My Frequency is an immersive sound experience designed by Guernsey based musician Mike Meinke to calm the nervous system and guide the mind into a deeply relaxed, altered state. Using binaural beats, spatial sound design and live instruments, each journey creates a space where people can slow down, reconnect and explore a quieter state of awareness.
