Basant Panchami & Saraswati Puja - A Celebration of Knowledge, Art, Music, and Culture.
What is Basant Panchami?
Basant Panchami, meaning “the fifth day of spring”, marks the arrival of spring and the end of winter. People dress in yellow and white, decorate their homes with garlands, perform traditional rituals, and enjoy delicious Indian home-cooked food. It’s a festival full of life, color, and positivity!
What is Saraswati Puja?
This festival is also dedicated to Goddess Saraswati, the deity of knowledge, music, and the arts. Saraswati Puja inspires us to embrace learning, creativity, and culture. Through rituals and celebrations, we honor the Goddess by sharing knowledge and art with the community, making this festival a true celebration of education, culture, and new beginnings.
Whether through music, art, or learning, Basant Panchami and Saraswati Puja remind us to welcome new opportunities and spread knowledge and creativity in our lives.
