Not sure what costume to do for World Book Day this year? Join us this half term for a children's costume creation extravaganza!
We'll be set up in the Hayward Room on the second floor of the Library, with no need to book, just come along and join the fun.
In partnership with Health Connections and the Clean Earth Trust, we’ll be offering a selection of pre-loved costumes for you to take, create and spruce up. Children can also create their own accessories at our craft table.
If you have any old costumes that you no longer need, we'd be very grateful for donations during half term - please pop them in our donations box between Monday 16-Thursday 19 February.
From Cats in the Hats to Charlie Buckets, real life heroes to Pippy Longstockings, we’re looking forward to seeing what costumes come to life. It’s sure to be a fun, sustainable and inspiring event.
World Book Day is on Thursday 5 March. It's the National Year of Reading, so this year's event is set to be bigger and better than ever - be sure to Go All In and join the fun!
