Spend your morning with a refreshing combination of life drawing in charcoal, breathing and Pilates. You will be guided by Sally Ede-Golightly, who was awarded the portrait prize at Heatherleys School of Fine Art and has exhibited with and done commissions for the Royal Society of Portrait Painters.
Joey Freeman, Doctor of Biomechanics from UC Berkeley and a qualified BASI (Body, Arts and Science International) Pilates instructor (Pilates Core Club), will complement your drawing exercises with breathing and stretches to help you gain perspective and aid your drawing. While focusing on life drawing for the first few hours, we will finish the morning with a short Pilates session to energise and conclude our morning retreat.
All materials and light refreshments will be provided. Ticket price: £100
Please register for your space here, then confirm it by paying at the St James box office, tel: 711361 (please note, the box office is currently closed, and will open again on 8 August).
