Yesterday we delivered our first workshop in the Bulstrode Unit in the PEH as part of our Arts in Health Programme. Pat Mountford from The Christie Hospital, the largest cancer hospital in Europe, has kindly given her time to come to Guernsey and work with Community Artist Antonia to help kickstart the workshops which will be happening for 12 weeks.
We will be offering service users a range of watercolour activities and the chance to make some doodle art.
The exhibition of service users work from Pat’s art class at The Christie Hospital is on display from today! Come along to the PEH at 5:30pm to see the work, there will be a talk at 6pm where you can hear more about what Pat does and what we are doing here in Guernsey!
