The exhibition, which was organised in conjunction with the first Guernsey Literary Festival and explores the dust jacket designs for internationally editions of The Guernsey Literary And Potato Peel Pie Society, has been the most widely seen exhibition in the greenhouse since the spaces inception with almost 6,000 people having viewed it.
The exhibition closes on Monday 29th of August.
The next exhibition, 10 of the Best, opens to the public on Friday 9th September (following its official launch the evening before). The exhibition, curated by Art and Visual Culture graduate Justiene Boughey, will display 10 of the best artworks from Guernsey’s schools and colleges final year shows and spans disciplines from painting and sculpture to video and photography.
10 of the Best runs until 5th November.
the greenhouse is located in the Guernsey Information Centre and entry is free! It is open from 9-5 Monday to Saturday and 9-1 Sundays until 26th September and it will then be open 9-5 Monday to Friday and 9-1 Saturdays.
