Free Lantern Making Workshops for Group Leaders

We are super excited and busy with preparations for the 2017 Lantern Parade, brought to you by Guernsey Arts Commission in conjunction with The Sarah Groves Foundation.

Right now, we are looking for Group Leaders, for example scout and guides etc., who would like to take part in our Free Lantern Making Workshop on Saturday 14th January 2017, 10am-12.30pm (Princess Elizabeth Hospital, Emma Ferbrache Room).

The aim of this workshops is to train the leaders so they can make the lanterns with their groups.

Lantern Making Workshops for Group Leaders

This Lantern Making Workshop is free and all materials are provided, including kit to make 10 lanterns with your group to take away. If you sign up for the workshop you are also committing to attending Guernsey Lantern Parade on 25th March 2017.

We only have 20 spaces available, so hurry! Don’t miss the opportunity to learn a new skill to share with your group and join our spectacular 2017 Guernsey Lantern Parade.
