St. James Concert Hall offers the perfect place to hold public or private events ranging from concerts, Seminars, demonstrations, fashion shows, dinners, dances, wedding receptions, vins d’honneurs and many, many more.
With its superb acoustics, versatile lighting and comprehensive PA system are available in house.
As a guide only, the hall can accommodate a maximum of 576 people in standard theatre style or reception format, 217 for dinners and up to 200 for wedding receptions and dinners/dances.
The Princess Royal Centre for Performing Arts

The Performing Arts Centre is one of the largest performance theatres on Guernsey.
While the courses held there put on plenty of plays, shows and musicals throughout each academic year, the performing arts centre also put on live West End shows broadcasted straight from London, so you can watch some of the best theatre around without travelling too far.

Castle Cornet has guarded the harbour for 800 years and is a great place for visitors to explore its grounds. With it’s amazing museum of historical collections on some of Guernsey’s history and lots of exciting old battlements and breath taking views looking out to the other islands. There are five museums, four period gardens, a cafe and the little gift shop. Every day there is a midday cannon sounded which is great fun to witness and hear, though with a word of warning…it’s very loud!
Sausmarez Manor, a house with parts that date back to the early 13th or late 12th centuries. It’s a fascinating piece of Guernsey history with its beautiful, peaceful and unhurried surrounding gardens.
Fort Grey Shipwreck Museum
Rue De La Lague, St. Du Pierre Du Bois, Guernsey
Fort Grey is a Martello Tower built in 1804 to defend Guernsey’s West Coast, now known as the “Cup and Saucer.” Once you get inside you enter the Shipwreck Museum which tells the gripping stories surrounding disasters ranging from HMS Sprightly in 1777 to the Vermont Borg in 2003.
St. Peter Port
Hauteville House is where the famous French writer Victor Hugo lived for fourteen years during his time in exile from France decorating it personally and writing his masterpieces. Visitors can view the house by guided tours only, which are available by appointment in English or French and last an hour.
National Trust Folk Museum
Set in a complex of 18th Century outbuildings inside Guernsey’s largest public park, the folk and costume museum depicts life as it used to be for the islands population over the last 250 years. In over 20 rooms the museum tells the story of the people of Guernsey over three centuries through displays of domestic life, fishing, trades, the tomato industry and transport.

The Mallard is the only four screens cinema entertainment Guernsey has, which always show the latest films out to date. The Mallard is located just beyond the Guernsey’s airport at the Mallard Complex, Rue De la Villiaze, Forest.

Ciné Guernsey was started in 2005 and is run by film lovers… for film lovers. We are a member of the British Federation of Film Societies benefiting from their support and expertise. Their aim is to make the enjoyment of the best of world cinema in a convivial environment. A reality here in Guernsey; to foster interest in films which do not reach the commercial cinema in our small community and to widen our appreciation of film both as an art form and as a medium of education and information; and last but not least, to restore the sense of community pleasure in watching and discussing a film as a group.

Guernsey Youth Theatre / GYT
The Guernsey Youth Theatre is for 11-14 year old, which takes place every Friday night from 5:30-7pm at the Les Ozouets Campus. They incorporate games, drama exercises; improvisation, individual and group work into the evening session. Students are all encouraged to use and grow their theatre awareness and social skills with each other.
