Arts Sunday 2015 is once again fast approaching! – Sunday 7th June.
Arts Sunday 2014 had more than 10,000 visitors, and that’s without a cruise ship! Our biggest Arts Sunday to date. It was a brilliant day and we were all so lucky with the weather. Fingers crossed for this year! Thank you again to all who were involved.
For a reminder of how great last year’s event was (thanks to you!), please follow the link for the video: https://vimeo.com/97716310
Simone is gathering information from people who are interested in taking part in this year’s biggest Seafront Sunday event, many of you being past participants.
As well as the Arts Market, we are looking for musicians, dancers, drama performances, artists and other arts related practitioners for the day, as well as volunteers. If you would like to be involved in this way, please contact Simone at [email protected]
Please read ALL of the following message carefully, and I ask that the ALL data that’s required from you, is returned in full. This is important to guarantee your space. I would advise you return the info as soon as you can.
As you probably already know, your place at Arts Sunday is free. We are the only Seafront Sunday event to give arts and crafts stall holders their space for free, giving people a chance to get involved without the worry of costs.
However, we will be charging a small fee of £25 to any commercial food vendors, who will be selling food or drinks from vans, trailers or similar means of set up.
Once we have received all the information required, you’ll be added to our database and you’ll receive information as the event progresses, including your allocated pitch area.
It’s very important you let us know your latest contact details and tell us of any changes.
All we ask of you is to bring your own tables, chairs, gazebos, etc. that you might need for the event, whether they be your own or sourced from friends, family or neighbours (Please specify in the list below how many tables/gazebos/chairs you are bringing).
So that we can add you to our list of stallholders, please could you complete ALL of the following information clearly and return it to [email protected]:
