We are delighted to share that Guernsey Arts Commission will be hosting a new, exciting exhibition at the greenhouse gallery called AMALGAM, by Kaya Ozard & Pierre Ehmann.
Amalgam is a collaborative exhibition consisting of ready-mades, prints and sculptures.
The artist’s work has a contrasting nature, Pierre’s work takes found waste material to create purposeful objects whereas Kaya’s work takes found objects and removes the functions.
Kaya and Pierre are both currently studying Fine Art in their final year at University of the Arts London. The intension of the works focus on the function of found objects using items such as bricks, chairs, cans etc. combined with more classical art materials.
The exhibition will be open daily at Guernsey Museum at Candie, the greenhouse gallery: 10am – 4pm until 26th March 2017 (except for January, when the museum is closed). Standard admission fee applies. Free entry with a Discovery Pass.
