Art on the Beach 2012 - What a fabulous day
The weather may not have been "the best" -
however thank you to everyone who braved the elements and joined us on Vazon and got creative - the photos of all the entries are on the website
www.arts.gg.
With over 150 there throughout the day, the beach became an octopus, fantasy islands, Aztec pyramids, mermaids, aeroplanes, Olympic inspired honours and more. Pierre 'Lenny' Lenfestey came down on the day demonstrating the dribble castles that you may have heard him talk about on the radio, and everyone got involved in getting their hands dirty in the wet sand - quite a sight.
p.s. We are arranging next year's event to be held in brilliant sunshine!
