The Guernsey Arts Commission is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Communications Officer, Tom Girard who started with the Commission on 28th February. Tom was born in Guernsey and has lived on the island his whole life, other than three years studying Drama, Film and TV at the University of Wales in Aberystwyth. [...]
